Dry Program Timetable

All National swimmers are entitled to go to any of the group fitness classes provided by a qualified fitness instructor below. These can be as a replacement to a swim session at another location, in addition to the weekly swim sessions, or at the discretion of the Head Coach. National swimmers are also allowed to use the gym for weight training. See Justin for further information should you wish to attend any of the following classes or find out more.
